I have got an used product, but it works great with a double curtain. It is strong and sturdy! But my blinds wouldn't close with the curtains and rod behind it, so I returned it.

it fall down easily, the width of my bathroom is 106cm, and this one fall down easily.

Diese kurze Stange kommt bei uns als Absturzsicherung unter einer Treppenstufe zum Einsatz. Sie erfüllt hervorragend den Zweck, Spielzeugautos vom Abflug abzuhalten.Optik: die weiße Stange fällt unter der weißen Treppe kaum auf, so soll es sein. Die Füße machen einen recht wertigen Eindruck. An der Verbindungsstelle zwischen den zwei Stangen ist ein durchsichtiges Plastikstück verbaut - ob das eine strukturelle Bedeutung hat, weiß ich nicht, sehr gut sieht es jedenfalls nicht aus.Montage: eine kurze und klare Anleitung führt zu einer stressfreien und schnellen Montage. Wie fest man die Stange montieren will, kann man ein wenig variieren, indem man sie mehr oder weniger lang auszieht.Funktion: die Stange hält auf lackiertem Holz problemlos. Fest genug, dass ein Spielzeugauto oder der Saugroboter sie nicht verschieben können, ein Duschvorhang wäre auch kein Problem. Klimmzüge würde ich nicht daran machen.

I bought this to hang curtains in my bedroom where a regular curtain rod cannot be installed due to the shape and spacing of the molding.Installation was difficult but doable by one person- probably wouldn't be an issue at all with 2 people.It's been up in my room for a few months now, holding strong.But I'm writing this review today because I tried to remove it to launder my curtains- and this thing would not budge! I was yanking with all my might and it was holding on tight, not slipping a millimeter. I almost gave up and was considering the possibility of chopping off my curtains when I move out, when it finally moved and I was able to remove itMight it be annoying to have to go through all that to launder my curtains? Sure. But rest assured that this thing is secure and sturdy, no matter how heavy curtains you put on it or how much you put them through.

2nd UPDATE!!!!!Almost 2 years later and still going my strong! Don’t hesitate, this is a very sturdy product!!! especially for the price! I totally recommend buying this product if you need a tension rod of any kind.My husband added a closet to our bedroom. Problem is he hasn't finished and who knows when he will! So decided to stop complaining and I bought this an oversized curtain in place of doors for now. I didnt want damage the wall, so I decided to buy a tension rod. After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous that it wouldnt hold the 100W x 108L curtain, but for the price I decided it was worth a shot. This tension rod is fantastic! I had no problems putting it up as some others had. I just followed the directions and it was up in 3 mins!! It's been up for a month with no problems. It's holding a super heavy curtain and with lots of use all day long. I am very pleased and recommend this product!Update:The bad news is, I still have no closet door from my husband. The GOOD news is, this tension rod is still going strong! I half expected something to happen since there were a TON of negative reviews, but this rod has completely exceeded my expectations. As stated above, it is used to hold a super heavy duty blackout curtain for a 6' Wx 8'.5"H area. The curtain is used as a closet door, which gets lots of use all day long. The tension rod has NOT moved, NOT even a little. I'm super impressed with this rod and wouldn't believe any of the negative reviews. I followed the instructions to the tee. although I did not hear a click, I made sure I twisted it enough to ensure that it was set in place. I admit I was super nervous about this after reading some of the reviews, but the reviews could not be more wrong. Don't even hesitate, buy this rod!UPDATE: over a year later, STILL HOLDING STRONG!!!!!! Has not moved an inch with daily heavy use!!!!
