Provided you accept the fact that you're unlikely to get more than one year out of either an overpriced (x3+) original equipment manufacturer (OEM) bag or a cheap Chinese generic version then that's fine. Paying around £8 - £15 per bag per year is acceptable in my book. The plastic zips are the weak link of all bags both OEM and generic. I haven't tried this latest bag yet but unlike my previous purchase this one fitted my garden vac without any issues. The zip is the same cheap plastic version so if I get one year before it fails all well and good. The shoulder strap is longer than my previous version and fully adjustable. While the manufacturer might think a 90 litre capacity is good I would disagree - who really wants to lug around 90 litres or equivalent of leaves? A smaller bag that can be emptied more often is ideal so guess the trick is not to fill it to capacity. The material is ok but is the type that needs to be dried out and brushed after every use otherwise it will clog up and over-pressurise your vac.
