Short review: MSI make good fans, and the supplier got it to me quickly. £20 is cheap for this kind of component.Long review:When one of my Zotac fans broke due to a manufacturing fault, I tried to have it repaired but they refused saying the card was out of warranty (much to my chagrin as that was incorrect). As they wanted the device shipped to Hong Kong to even look at it and suggested a fee of £350 minimum (the cost of the full card) it made sense to have a go at fixing it myself.The only fan I could find for the GTX1080 was this MSI fan. The motors are superior (smoother, faster, quieter) than stock Zotac fans, and also have curve on the blades to shift more air, increasing airflow.I needed to cut/re-glue a strut to fit the fan through (as you cannot detached the fans from each other), and drill 4 holes in the struts so I could screw the new fans to them (there is only space for 2 screws, but it's enough - not wise to use glue unless it's resistant to up to 110 degrees C).When I was finished, I re-thermal pasted the GPU using the pea method.The result was 11 degrees cooler at idle. I swapped which card was the "main" card in SLI to compare the results. In Assassins Creed Odyssey, running at 4K with all options to max, overclocking at rate seen in screen shot, I was at 91 deg c limit and 29 FPS. With the modification I was hitting 39FPS at 67 deg.Worth it.

Tuve que cambiar los ventiladores originales de mi MSI R9 390 GAMING 8G tras 5 años de uso debido a que uno de estos empezó a desequilibrarse y hacía mucho ruido a altas revoluciones.Hace mas de 3 días que estoy con estos y perfectos, como los originales, el ruido que pueden hacer es el mismo que los originales. Vinieron bien empaquetados y sin ningún tipo de desperfecto. La instalación es algo tediosa pero eso ya es tema del fabricante, requiere algo de mañana pero van perfectos. Los recomiendo para quien quiera alargar la vida a su tarjeta gráfica.
