Estos transistores me han decepcionado de los 20 pcs que compré no tiene aguante todos se me a quemado, como unos originales se quita todo me acaba de costar 5e 4transistores originales y ya está andando el amplificador de audio.

Arrived quickly as described, TO220 in a plastic bag. Two Stars - I expected neater. These are high impedance devices which damage easily by static... take great care when handling. Once they are in the circuit, then they're OK.... Add a decent heat-sink, if you plan to use the full current-rating. which is amongst the best in this section, for the price.
