This scoop was not used until recently and it worked perfectly, just as expected. One benefit is that it is a lot easier to clean than other scoops we have used. I am expecting this to operate for a long time before a replacement is needed, this is due to its build quality. For these reasons I have given this five stars. Different sizes will be ordered in the future to suit particular tasks.
