Gets very warm fast, Great for hard ice cream. It's alot easier to scoop out ice cream with this tool. You don't have it run it under hot water to keep scoping ice cream

Very good I thought it was not working at first but I charged it then it started to heat up and I is so esey to get ice cream out of the container with this would recommend it makes your life easier

I gave this heated scoop as a mother's day present. Everyone in my family loves ice cream.My sister LOVES the ease of using this scoop. Being over 70... Arthurites makes some pleasures 'like scooping ice-cream' difficult.No one at the party had ever heard of a heated ice cream scoop!My sis was surprised at how fast it heated.
