Heeft uiteindelijk niet geholpen tegen hielspoor. De brace gaf bij mij niet de spanning op de juiste plek.

Wordt geleverd zonder verpakking. En ook zonder gebruiksaanwijzing. De klittebanden blijven niet goed zitten dus het werkt niet...

Anfangs ungewohnt und es dauert etwas, bis man die Schiene passend zurechtgebogen hat. Wenn das erledigt ist, sitzt sie perfekt und tut genau was sie soll. Ich trage sie tagsüber immer mal für 30-60min. Meine Beschwerden haben sich DEUTLICH reduziert, obwohl ich sie erst seit 2 Tagen benutze. Ich bin hochzufrieden.

Works well and holds on all night

Every couple of years, I get Plantar Fasciitis. The pain is immense and I can barely walk. I buy a random night stretcher to use for a week, pain goes away, and I promptly forget all my promises to myself to use the stretcher once a week and to stop wearing stylish but bad for my flat feet shoes. By the time the next bout of PF comes along, I have already tossed my night stretcher or accidentally donated it or it’s been ravished by my dog.This particular model, however, has earned a special space in a closet shelf to be preserved for the rest of my life. The other ones I have purchased require some sort of engineering degree (probably graduate level) to put on. The complexity of the other models does nothing to improve my already less than amiable mood. This one has buckles to make it easy to put on and remove (you can’t walk with them so taking 5 minutes to remove it is yet another pain should you need to use the restroom or take the dog out).Above all, it works great and you will be back to forgetting all those promises to maintain your arches within days. Added bonus: my dog can’t chew this one up.

Difficile à mettre notamment dû à la couleur noire mais surtout les velcros qui s’attrapent de partout en le mettant. En étant debout droit le pied est à 45°. Pour soulager la douleur du plantar fasciitis il faut l’étirer (orteils vers la cheville) à 40° ou moins - de préférence toute une nuit. Hors on ne peut pas sécuriser le velcros dans cette position une fois l’étirement fait. Donc produit de peu d’utilité.Difficult to put on, especially because of the dark color and the Velcro that sticks to everything around the item. The toes have to be bent backwards towards the ankle to relieve the plantar fasciitis, but once you pull on the strap to obtain a 40 degree angle you can’t secure it in that position. Product is not useful whatsoever.

I bought this for plantar fasciitis relief. I have tried to wear it for 4 nights now and it is unbearable. The metal bar that runs through it digs into the top of your foot so much that it is painful, you can't sleep as a result. If you loosen the splint enough for it to be comfortable, it's not going to hold your foot in the right position to do any good. I suffered through wearing it and had absolutely zero plantar fasciitis relief whatsoever anyway. This is a waste of money and only causes more pain, not less.
