I bought this because it is supposed to help with neuropathy. Reading the reviews there were people who stated it was uncomfortable to stand on due to the irregularity and firmness of the bumps on it. Maybe it’s because I go barefoot a lot, but I have no problem standing on it. You may find it more comfortable to wear socks with it, and to start standing on it for shorter periods of time. I think it is helping my neuropathy, but I haven’t had it long enough to determine for sure that it is helping.

The mat is good, really good construction and good materials, but it kind of hurts if you stand on it for too long

Exactly what I needed at my standing desk. Relieves foot pain very well. Very intense massage. Bought a few extras for my friends and family. Highly recommended!
