There's a great mix of warmers in here. You get:- 5 pairs of hand warmers (10 single hand warmers total). Each pair of two is about 45 grams.- 5 "body and hand" warmers. This is basically one extra large warmer. Each one is about 55 grams, so just one of these has more of the warming mixture than a pair of the smaller hand warmers. This warmer also lasts a few hours longer, and it feels like it generates heat faster, probably due to the larger mixture. The heat output of this bigger one is similar to: - 3 pairs of toe warmers. These are amazing, your toes just stay warm, and heat is consistent. They have an adhesive at the bottom to stick in your shoes. Try to stick them in the middle to keep it comfortable while walking.This product is recommended, it has everything you need, but I did wish it had a few more pairs of toe warmers, because they feel so great! I'm also a bit thrifty so for the pairs of hand warmers I always just use one at a time :D. Great to have for the winter.
