I received the idlis plates perfectly on time. The Amazon box was in perfect condition, but inside the box I found the 4 plates completely smashed, bent, damaged. This clearly means they had packed like this. I have flattened the plates and will keep them, despite one broken plate...

I was just doing some housekeeping on my amazon account when I found this product rated low, we have owned it since may 2014 and use it in a deep prestige pressure cooker. To be honest with you being a north indian from delhi it does satisfy my and my family's appetite for idli's. Some times we get some sticky idli's only in the bottom tray, however, that could be once in 4 or five times and not at all due to the product.I sincerely feel the reviews don't justify the product.

Il prodotto è come lo immaginavo ed è di facile utilizzo. C'è una vite che permette di separare ogni ripiano in modo tale da poter inserire ciò che si vuole cuocere. Tradizionalmente è utilizzato per fare gli idli ma questa vaporiera è versatile. Io l'ho utilizzata per cuocere dei gnocchetti di verdure ed il risultato è stato soddisfacente. E' bastato inserire la vaporiera all'interno di una pentola alta con dell'acqua. Il materiale è di acciaio inossidabile ed è facile da lavare.
