It’s entertaining but definitely not for tummy time. The inflatable part of the border doesn’t hold the baby’s weight at all so he is face ok the mat most of the time if he doesn’t have head control or is tired. The point of the toy is to train the neck but it doesn’t really supportNote: keep away from cats. Mines broke it after 3 min alone with it 😅

Il mio non vuole proprio stare sulla pancia. Questo tappetino è l'unico intrattenimento che mi permette di tenerlo in quella posizione per una decina di minuti. Molto ben fatto. Ha pochissimo odore all'apertura che nei giorni a seguire sparisce del tutto. Consiglio per il tummy time

Baby loves it a little too much. She realized she can’t grab the fish, and now tries to eat them lol. Didn’t have a food safe cleaner to put in with the water as it recommends, so we went with a little vinegar (as much as we could without smelling it through the plastic). No mold issues or leakage.

I bought this for my now 3 month old in the hopes of switching up tummy time from our normal play mat. It was a great hit! The colours are vibrant and engaging and appear to keep his attention. And the little creatures that float in the water give him something to hit and track.The plastic is thick and sturdy, but not too hard or rigid that I worry about him hurting himself. The plug hasn't leaked so far and we have used it many times. Plus because it is plastic it is super easy to clean when baby spits up on it.A few recommendations based on our experience. I filled it with luke warm water as the plastic got very cold (and as a result his hands) using regular tap water. I found only filling the mat halfway with water, and releasing excess air got the best results because if you filled it with water the play surface wasn't completely flat. Also, be very careful if baby can roll, as when the outside rim is filled with air it either acts as a bumper and stops baby from rolling, or baby will push over it and land more aggressive on their back. I also recommend trying to let it dry as much as possible after emptying and before storing.
