I've attached two scans of nozzle check patterns. The one where you can see yellow is my old head. I needed to fix as the pigment black is smudging and the black is not printing. The second scan is what I got after installing this replacement head. I also tried running a cleaning cycle and changing the cartridges, but it was no better. Seller response? "Let customers wash and print more often."

Il problema è che la stampante (Canon MG7750) non riconosce la testina, sembra ricondizionata, è già la seconda che da lo stesso risultato, è già la seconda che restituisco. Forse perché costavano poco? Devo spendere di più? Mi costerebbe meno cambiare la stampante.
