Doesn’t fit perfectly in Focus 1.6 TDCI 2013. A had to cut and adjust the size.

Bought this around 6 months ago, as my original hose had split, causing a fault code.As soon as I took it out of the box, I realised it was'nt the same size. Diameter is close enough that any difference, if any at all, is not noticeable by eye. However, compared to the original it's about 2cm longer. Had mot booked the next day, so had no other choice but to take my Stanley to it in order to make it fit. The material is also nowhere near as rigid as the original, which combined with the fact that either it's still slightly too long, or the angles of the bends are slightly out, means it is slightly collapsed when just sitting at idle and bulges more than the original under charge.With all that said, it is still doing its job, but I will be looking to replace it in the not too distant future.Update*This hose has now split worse than the original one did after less than 10,000 miles. Original hose lasted well over 90,000 miles. Rating dropped to 1 star.
