I use this washing bowl very often! The material is good. The only downside is that the vertical side drainers are a little to broad and rice gets stuck to them! But all in all it is very useful, and I am very happy with it. Ideal for washing rice. Thank you.

Love this. I spent a long time looking at something to replace my old sieve for washing rice and this works. It’s perfect. I don’t get any of my basmati rice clogging the holes and I just swish everything under the cold, running, tap and find I don’t have to stick my hands in. As I use an absorbing method of cooking rice there’s nothing to drain after cooking. But if there was I’d use this for after cooking quite happily.

This bowl makes short work of washing rice. My only "complaint" is that thinner rice, like basmati, will get stuck in the vertical slots in the spout section. But that's not a reason to remove a star. If you use basmati or similar thin or delicate rice, you might want to look for another, but for the average white or brown rice this bowl is a handy tool!

Does not wash the rice very good, because my basmati rice is clogging up the drain holes, and got stuck in them.
