Everybody should have extra batteries and I always stick with OEM batteries after having too many failures with third party camera batteries over the years. This batter works great and should be always be a first accessory for anyone investing in an Ace Pro 2. If you also have an Ace Pro in addition to an Ace Pro 2 like I do, it is worth noting that although it is slightly different, this battery will work in the original Ace Pro camera and your old Ace Pro batteries will work in the Ace Pro 2, but will never show a complete 100% charge due to the the original batteries being a lower voltage by design.Also worth noting that the original Ace Pro charging hub will not fully charge this new Ace Pro 2 battery. The updated version currently sold by Insta360 will charge both the original batteries and these new batteries with no issue.
