大抵のボールマウントの固定力は弱くよく動くけど、この製品は結構強く固定できる。けどもその部位はOリングの密着度で固定しているため、Oリングが変形して伸びているのが気になり何度も取り外しするという場合はいつか千切れる事があるかもしれない

After buying my first Insta360 camera and a mount, which was the U-bolt motorcycle mount(which is a very good mount). I quickly noticed with the selfie stick extended it wobbled around a lot more than I expected. So I started looking for ways to stiffen up my setup.I went with the Insta360 brand support clamp, based on the quality of the u-bolt mount that I had previously purchased. The quality of their stuff is very good and this support is no different, it's very well made. I found it really works well to add extra support up my setup and also provides more confidence that stuff will stay put. If there is a weak spot with this system it's got to be the o-rings they use on the ball mounts. Personally I don't expect them to be much of an issue. But it should be noted that if/when you adjust this support clamp you should back off the ball mount clamps pressure so as you're not introducing a lot of friction (or any ideally) on the o-rings. That being said they should be fairly easy and cheap to replace if you damage one. 20mm OD and 3mm diameter is very close to their size and I would call it a hard o-ring on...probably 75+ on the durometer scale.
