enfin un roue qui ne risque pas d'être ronger en deux jours, j'ai trois chinchillas ils s'amuse beaucoups avec cette roue un peu de méfiance au début comme tout ce qui est nouveau dans le cage, bref il s'éclate. un peu d'exercice ne leurs font pas de mal même si leur cage est grande il peuvent s'amuser encore plus. j'ai longtemps chercher une roue qui n'était pas en bois, les chinchillas sont des rongeurs qui grignote tout le temps les dernières roue que j'avais acheter était en bois ils n'ont pas durer très longtemps voir même dangereux pour l'animal. (c'est très amusant de les voir tourner dans cette roue.)

I ordered 2 of these for my pair of dwarf hamsters. It was obvious straight away that I had recieved a broken wheel as 1 made a very quiet purr, whilst the other made a very loud clacky noise. I sent it back straight away through Amazon returns and they supplied me with a replacement in good time, which was fine. Loved the colours which I was supplied with - pink and purple, the broken one was green. The wheels stand alone in the cage very well, and neither of my hamsters have managed to move or knock them over. They also have an attachment so they can be held up with the bars. They are very attractive, and of course very quiet. The hamsters love that it is weighted on ball bearings which makes it easier for them to run faster. Very reccomended!The 6.5" is a good size for a dwarf hamster, although TOO SMALL for a syrian, particularly a fully grown one! Please purchase the 12" size for a Syrian as bending their back as they run will cause long term spinal problems and they will be very unhappy!

This product still works great after one year of use, and my hedgehog loves it. The wheel is big enough for her to run in comfortably, and is fairly quiet. The only real noise that it makes is when the wheel bounces on the stand while she is running, which likely would not be a problem if I mounted the wheel to a cage. My hedgehog will run on this wheel for hours at a time, and it has helped her get some exercise. The biggest downside of using this wheel is that my hedgehog will poop in it while running, so over time it will fill up with poop. However, the wheel can be easily cleaned in a sink with a spray hose, so it is not a huge problem. While my wheel has held together pretty well, the joints connecting the purple and white halves are not very thick. One of the four joints was nearly broken when it arrived, but the other three joints and a bit of duck tape on the fourth have kept it together for a year.
