Received Product 29 Dec 2023, used it for one summer (2-3 months approx) Packed away in storage for winter.First use of chair (10 Dec 2024), arm breaks - splits away from seat. This is a common issue, see other reviews.Chair purchased under a year ago. Third Party Seller - AMA refuses to refund or replace. No response from them initially, had to get Amazon to ping them directly. Their response is Expiration of returns period. I thought under Australian consumer law, if a product was defective under a year, the seller must provide a replacement at the very least?BEWARE, this item has a very short lifespan, and the company is rotten. It's a shame, we loved it until this companies behaviour. Would have even bought a second had it been replaced, with the hope the issues they have are rare.
