Appears to be very durable. The length of the longer ones are perfect to operate my pin-pointer, while metal detecting.

Recently went to Italy (Sept/Oct 24) where pickpockets are a real problem. I used these lanyards to secure my and my mothers wallet and phone the to loop inside of our purses. If anyone did try to snatch my phone out of my hand and run, I was coming with them.

Work perfect for fishing gear in the kayak. I use them for the pliers and the net mainly but I like being able to just drop my stuff and not have to worry about it sinking while handling a fish.
