Ok, so i bought this monitorarm in 2022. Now in 2025 i lost the clamp to mount it to my desk. And i was maybe they could help me. And they did. The seller dove in to their warehouse found another clamp and send it over without any extra costs. 3 years after buying it.Monitorarm is very sturdy, i am using it for a big monitor, 32 inch and after 3 years of daily use and adjusting it still works without any problems

For the price, you get a well built arm, functional and very sturdy.A few things that might improve the product- better cable management specially the forearm that needs to unscrew the plate each time i needed slot the cable in- better cover for the base arm; the is enough room for 3-4 cables inside but the way to remove and lock it is not that great.- some monitors have power bricks which in my case has a wire that is too short that i need to strap in the monitor arm; a compartment or mounting location might help- user manual is a ok but definitely can be improvedi highly recommend this for anyone looking for a monitor arm that is highly adjustable, does not take too much space, sturdy and wont break the bank

This product is obviously very high quality. It weighs a ton and is made almost entirely out of metal. I'm not worried about accidentally damaging it at all, it would probably survive a bomb blast.It's very strong and holds my 32" monitor perfectly. It's the biggest I have so I can't vouch for 40+" displays but I had to loosen the gas suspension cylinder quite a bit to get it to hold my monitor in place. I'm sure it can easily handle the heavier load of larger displays.My only complaint, which is in no way a dealbreaker (to me at least), is that tilting the display back requires an excessive amount of force. Tilting it forward is no problem since it's just following gravity. But tilting back requires vastly more force and makes me nervous that I might break something. If I loosen the tilting mechanism any more my display will just slump forward so it has to be very tight to keep the display upright. I generally don't adjust the forward/backward tilt of my monitor so I don't really mind, but for someone who does that often it may be an issue. I imagine it's not as bad with smaller/lighter displays.Also I should mention that the included screws were too long for the holes in the back of my display so I had to go to the hardware store for some M4 washers. YMMV.It's a great value for the money, especially considering how many monitor arms are out there for €100+. Save your money and buy this one instead.

Super produit , j’adore Invision.C’est simple à monter, ce modèle est en 75/100 VESA, pour des grands écran mais un peu plus haut que le modèle duo que j’ai pris à droite ( le mx400 )mais toujours aussi malléable.Rigide et robuste avec possibilité de régler si besoin le serrage.⚠️ petit conseil personnel, si vous avez plusieurs écrans je recommande le modele à l’unité et pas un bras double car plus de possibilités de régler le placement des écrans que d’être bloqué sur un certain axe 😊Franchement si vous avez des hésitations pour le support de vos écrans foncer les yeux fermés sur ce produit 💪
