I like this 3 in 1 harness strap. I cannot comment on its safety in the event of a crash as I have not crashed and hope never to find out how it fares in the event of a crash!Positives; The clip that attaches to the dog's harness is easy to use and appears strong.At the other end of the strap there are 2 options, another clip that can attach to issofix points in the car, which is currently how mine is attached. Then there is a flat piece (i think it is officially called the tongue) that clips into the seatbelt's buckle part.The strap has a strong shock absorbing elastic part and the other part is plain nylon strap that is adjustable to increase the length of the strap.Negative; The strap is reasonably long even at its shortest adjustment, so with sudden breaking, the dog can slide off the seat onto the floor. It also allows enough freedom for the dog to move around and get tangled in the strap, could this cause injury in the event of an accident?!I have a similar strap that came with the slow ton car harness, but the clips on this one feel much stronger. The positives outweigh the negatives enough that i am tempted to buy another of these for my other dog.Update 28/08/2020 It is probably just be me being clumsy, but I have not been able to unhook it from the isofix point!
