De IRO Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha thee wordt geteeld in de bergen in de Kagoshima-regio, in een groene natuurlijke omgeving ver van de grootsteden en de industriezones. Daar waar er zuivere lucht is, een rijke bodem, puur water en een ochtendmist die de theeplanten beschermt tegen het zonlicht.
We hebben de beste telers van biologische Matcha thee in Japan gekozen; ze werken op een verantwoorde manier met respect voor het milieu.
Voor onze biologische Matcha selecteren we enkel de mooiste theeblaadjes van de eerste lente-oogst. Zo verkrijgen we uitzonderlijk rijke en subtiele aroma’s en smaken, net als de beste en gezondste voedingsstoffen. Men noemt hem de « Premium Ceremonial Grade » : een felgroene Matcha met een fijne smaak.

I love this matcha, very smooth, bright green, has intense flavor. I like to make ice tea with it, 1 gr of the matcha, 5-6 ice cubes, and a little bit of cold water. It's sublime!

I like this matcha, but i dont like the packinging. The matcha is inside a bag, you have to transfer it yourself to the little container. Unfortunately matcha is a little sticky and you have to be careful not too lose a lot of powder. Why not just do it in the container and seal it? My favorite is not available, this is my 2nd choice bit still very nice, creamy and sweet.

È da un po’ che bevo una tazza di matcha tutte le mattine a digiuno, quindi è per me importantissima la qualità del prodotto per non incorrere in fastidì allo stomaco. Fino ad ora ho provato altre marche di matcha, alcune trovate su Amazon, alcune da altri siti specifici, sempre grado cerimoniale con diverse fasce di prezzo. Devo dire che IRO è risultata davvero la migliore! Prodotto freschissimo, dal colore verde acceso sia come polvere che una volta sciolto in acqua calda. Profumo erbaceo, vellutato in bocca e sapore molto equilibrato, buonissimo a mio gusto. Buona cura nella confezione in quanto il matcha prima di essere messo nel barattolino è stato ulteriormente sigillato in un pacchettino per preservarne la freschezza. Ho paragonato le informazioni sulla ditta di produzione fornite da Amazon con quelle date dal sito ufficiale di IRO e ho trovato grande coerenza, sinonimo di affidabilità per me. Sul sito è in più specificato che le foglie vengono macinate lentamente a pietra. Anche il prezzo corrisponde, onestissimi anche i costi di spedizione. Bravi bravi bravi! Se non ci saranno grandi sbalzi di prezzo nel tempo, hanno trovato una sicura cliente.

Ce Matcha est tout simplement exceptionnel !Tout d'abord il est d'une texture très lisse et d'un beau vert vif, signe de grande qualité/fraîcheur.Doux, riche, rond en bouche, sans aucune amertume et avec une agréable saveur Umami subtile, il est absolument délicieux !Que vous soyez amateur ou confirmé dans le monde du Matcha, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés et les papilles gustatives grandes ouvertes.Petite astuce: utilisez 1 belle cuillère de Chashaku (cuillère en bambou) pour 80ml d'eau non calcaire à 75°C et vous aurez la meilleure expérience Matcha possible ;-)
