Used quite a bit, charges in a reasonable time and is quite quick for travelling short distances. Rubber grommet protecting the wires kept popping out, so had to glue that, and the hard tires and no suspension is a pretty rough ride, but thats also how you get an E-scooter for so cheap, so thats an acceptable compromise. Never downloaded the app, so cant speak to that at all, however it works just fine without the app. Extremely durable. scooter has some dings and dents, but it has been crashed multiple times. Ive done a front flip off the thing and my girlfriend broke her elbow wiping out, scooter still works just fine.

I've had my scooter for 3 months and now it won't power on. I've always handled it with care and never used it in bad weather. The locking mechanism to hold scooter in the closed, folded position has stopped working but that didn't really bother me as I didn't fold it down that often. Am waiting to hear back from the seller to see about getting it replaced/fixed or a refund as it was alot of money for just 3 months of operation.Update, I have been in contact with their customer service and I am vary satisfied with the help they are providing me with. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Would highly recommend this company and scooter to my friends and family.

The ad read "iScooter i9 Electric Scooter with Dual Shocks, 8.5" Solid Tires" It has no shocks, the wheels are fixed. The steering binds when turned, like it has a bad bearing. Scooter is now in the trash because of IScooter company , and replaced by an EverCross scooter.

Received a refunded on the scooter itself when I returned the defective item

First electric scooter and it didn't disappoint, so much fun!! Rides well, nice and smooth, brakes well, not bumpy. Definitely a wonderful ride!
