These feel really comfortable and cushion my feet, almost life changing for my line of work which can involve a lot of walking and standing around for hours at a time. I bought two of these which fit perfectly in my safety boots and cleanroom shoes which both had no padding to begin with; now they do! My foot pain has subsided because of these. Unlike some cheap flimsy ones I tried these don't scrunch up or slide around (if you get the right size which I did), they are very sturdy. Makes my footwear feel brand new, I would definitely recommend this if your shoes don't have sufficient padding.

When the soles of shoes are thin and the ground is hard, these insoles are heaven! They slip into your shoes easily and are seriously comfortable. However, they are thick so if you don't have sufficient space in your shoes then they make your shoes feel tight on your foot - creating a dilemma between tightness or sore soles...Although they are memory foam, they are robust and spring back to their original shape quickly, providing the desired cushioning wear after wear. I found the sizing accurate and they fit well, once my shoes stretched to accommodate them after a few wears. If inserted into footwear made from synthetic material that do not stretch, the you might want to consider going up a half-size or so, or your soles will be comfy but the living daylights will be squeezed out of your toes - just something to think about. Great price and worth the money!

I was about to go on a holiday that I knew would involve a lot of walking and was doubtful that my shoes would be comfortable enough. So I bought these to be on the safe side and they were/are great. Very comfortable, did not make my feet sweat and after the holiday, and a great deal of walking, they are still as good as new.Good value, highly recommended!
