Après avoir usé durant plus de 20 années ma précédente poêle à takoyaki importé du Japon, acheté grace à mon maître natif de Nippon, j'ai eu du mal à en trouver une qui lui "arrivait à la cheville"; c'est maintenant chose faite.Le positif- La taille, le poids et la forme de cette poêle à takoyaki sont parfaites pour moi.- Très facile à utiliser avec la bonne recette; la traditionnelle.- L'antiadhésif est fonctionnel (reste à voir sa durabilité).- Les encoches de stabilisation sont complètement adaptées à ma gazinière.Le neutre.- Simple à nettoyer, mais cela prend du temps à cause de la forme (évidemment).Le négatif.- Les poignées ne sont pas isolées de la chaleur (mais ce n'est qu'un détail pour moi).- Un tarif franchement élevé; mais bon c'est de l'import.Bref.Ce produit me donne pleinement satisfaction.

This is the best takoyaki pan. The ridges makes it easy to separate the batter while cooking. The spaces underneath helps to lock the pan on any stove. It’s worth the price. Such a good buy!

I appreciate the lines separating each hole, makes the cooking process easier when I need to flip the batter to get the perfect ball shape

Arrived yesterday and i was very keen to put to test. Loving my new kitchen gadet and very pleased! Very easy to use, easy to clean and feels strong and sturdy. Robust material, not thin and flimsy. Conduct heat well and evenly, non stick, makes turning takoyaki with ease and gives a wonderful round shape and even golden colour to takoyaki. Sits perfectly onto stove. Very happy with purchase, makes decent size takoyaki. Plan to make Dutch pancakes and looking forward to experimenting more savory and sweet dishes. Highly recommend.

Padella conforme alla descrizione e arrivata nei tempi. È antiaderente quindi molto facile da pulire, usata per fare i takoyaki e sono usciti molto bene, la grandezza degli scomparti é ideale perche non sono troppo piccoli (forse sono da tenere piu tempo per avere maggiore cottura interna) ed inoltre le fughe sono presenti su tutto il perimetro a differenza di altre piastre e permettono una divisione più precisa e comoda.Consigliata! Per il prezzo mi sembra un buon materiale e anche ben fatta.
