I used this for the first time today. I followed all the istructions. I used it on my gas stove. Everything went very nicely. Over medium heat, I cooked a steak. It turned out perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised to see the searing on both sides with no sticking. Cleanup was easier than easy.

This thing is pretty much smokeless if you follow the instruction to use low/medium heat. The surface is easy to clean and after using it twice it still looks like new! Just add enough water underneath to keep the smoke and burn away! Happy eating!

Have used it countless times since purchase - the non stick surface is still as good as first use. Very pleased with this purchase!

been searching for this for awhile! Indeed it is smokeless and non stick!
