Jacquard iDye Poly Fabric Dye Crimson voor natuurlijke, synthetische, polyester en gemengde textielvezels, 14g No Mess Packet

It did the job and did it well--but had to dye the dress twice. Also, my dress was 50% natural fiber and 50% poly, so I used one packet of 'idye poly' and one packet of 'idye for natural fabrics' both in violet as per Jacquard's online instructions. So, in total, two dye jobs with 2 packets=4 packets of dye for one size large dress. An investment and much more dye than I thought I would need for a single dress, but worth it to get the color right. And I am very very happy with the final result.I was not looking for a tie-dye look--I wanted a solid professional-looking color to transform my off-white semi-formal dress. This may be user error on my part--either I didn't leave it in long enough or else the dress was so heavy that it just needed more packages of dye to really saturate the fabric (the package does say for 2-3 lbs of fabric only). While my dress was definitely under that weight limit, it was long-sleeve and floor-length with a slip, so it was a rather large volume of fabric though not weighty, so you kind of have to take the weight limit as a guide, not an absolute. The first time I dyed the dress it came out very mottled and uneven--very tie-dyed look. The second time did the trick--a perfect even DEEP and RICH purple color, very professional and exactly the hue I was looking for. Both times I let the dye soak in at a very low simmer on the stove (not boiling, but hot to the touch) for about 45 minutes.I dyed the dress in a large pot on the stove--trust me when I say make sure you wear heavy rubber gloves and have lots of paper towels on hand when working with this dye--it will get everywhere and stain your hands in an instant. Also make sure to have a couple of cups of non-iodized salt on hand, which is needed as per the instructions.

Habe ein weißes Kleid mit angeblicher Baumwollspitze und Seidenanteil blau gefärbt. Zunächst mit herkömmlicher Farbe für Naturfasern. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Spitze auch synthetische Anteile hat und somit plötzlich zweifarbig war. Dann habe ich mir diese Farbe bestellt und ich bin mehr als positiv überrascht. Ich habe das Kleid mit 2x dieser blauen Farbe hier (selbst auflösende Pads) in der Waschmaschine bei 60 Grad gefärbt. Das Ergebnis war eine gleichmäßige schöne Färbung. Ich kann auch nicht sagen, dass es irgendwie chemisch gerochen hat, nur die Dichtungsgummis der Waschmaschine haben sich auch ein wenig verfärbt. Habe am Ende dann die Maschine noch mal sicherheitshalber ordentlich gereinigt, damit sich die folgende Wäsche nicht verfärbt. Daumen hoch. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich war erst ziemlich skeptisch, da ich noch nie Polyester gefärbt habe und gelesen hatte, dass das nur mit dieser speziellen Farbe und im Kochtopf erfolgversprechend ist.Dann kam nur dieses kleine Tütchen Farbe, 14g hatte ich überlesen;0) Sollte das reichen?Ich befürchtete, dass der Topf hinterher total verfärbt ist, fand dazu aber keine Antwort im Internet.Da ich keinen alten so großen Topf hatte, riskierte ich den Verlust meines großen sauberen Topfes. Schließlich wollte ich ein Kleid für mich tragbar machen, da es eine Farbe hatte, die gar nicht zu mir passt.Das Kleidungsstück muss genug Platz im Topf haben. Obwohl für das Kleid sehr viel Wasser nötig war, wurde es trotz der klein wirkenden Farbmenge ein schöner dunkler Farbton der Färbeflüssigkeit.Das Kleidungsstück muss vollständig mit köchelnder Flüssigkeit bedeckt sein, aller paar Minuten umgerührt.Das Ganze ließ ich dann 1h auf dem Herd. Danach hab ich das Ganze in der Wanne ausgespült und das Kleid in der Waschmaschine gewaschen. Das Ergebnis ist super. Die Farbe ist gleichmäßig und intensiv, der Farbton wie er versprochen war. Und Topf und Wanne waren mit Scheuermilch leicht zu reinigen. ;0)

Prodotto molto valido, facile da utilizzare anche se le istruzioni erano in inglese.Prima di procedere sul capo che volevo colorare ho fatto una prova su uno straccio, il colore ha preso perfettamente e poi ho provato a metterlo in candeggina pura per vedere se e quanto colore perdeva. Incredibilmente nemmeno in candeggina ha perso un goccio di colore e quindi oltre alla bella tonalità devo dire che ha anche un'ottima tenuta. Consigliato.
