I wanted this to stop the pump in my camper from pulsing every time I turned on the tap. Plumbed it into the system and set the pressure to just over the pump pressure switch setting and then turned on the power.It works really well by holding a pressurised head of water in the system that it releases on demand and eliminates the pulsing that I previously had.I have fine tuned it by slowly bleeding off some of the pressure to get it to exactly how I wanted it to run, if you release a little too much then just use a cycle pump and add air back in. Alternatively you could start off too low and slowly add a little more air until you get to the desired point, up to you really. Just remember to open the tap after every adjustment to balance the pressure.
