JAZZ FUNK - 9 FAVORITE TUNES CLARINETTE +ENREGISTREMENTS ONLINE: Jazz Play-Along Volume 178

There are some good tunes in this book which are fun to play along with.There are 2 tracks for each tune (with and without the lead instrument) but it would be better if they put the bass on one channel and the piano on the other as with the Jamey Aebersold books so you can use it for piano or bass as well.Also I would have preferred a CD but you can download the tracks as .mp3 files on to your computer and play them on itunes so that is not a major problem.

I and my friends use backing tracks a lot for gigs because it much easier than having a band and a lot more profitable. We have found the Hal Leonard Jazz and Sax Play Along series to be excellent quality. Highly recommended..!!
