JBL sb510 has clear sound and is very loud, plenty enough for small/medium rooms or apartment use.Changing EQ or Bass settings is instant.In my opinion Best settings for literally everyting TV/Music/video Streaming is to set EQ Movie + Bass 5level(max) and leave it there for day use, and Bass 2-4level for night use.Bass "rumble" it self depends on volume level, sound is well balanced and low bass is adequate. However I understand that some people may want a separate subwoofer for bigger louder, thumping bass.This soundbar gets recognized in streaming apps/YT to upscale sound as "virtual surround sound 5.1", however it does not have 3D DTS Virtual:X or similar, (only has Dolby Audio encoding), but due to 200W power with 3.1 with built-in sub, sound setup is immersive enough to enjoy watching movies and listening to music, but don't expect any Dolby Atmos experience.Overall, price/value ratio is good!
