The heater unfortunately did not work. The aquarium temperature was 19 Celcius and I initially set the heater to 22 Celcius. The heater switched on for around 15 minutes and then switched off. Waited for 24 hours, but the heater did not heat the water. Proceeded to increase the heater to 24 Celcius. The heater similarly switched on for around 15 minutes and then switched off. Waited another 24 hours with no change to the temperature water. It has been returned.The heater looks good and I did like the plastic casing though.Note: It came with EU plug, although that did not bother me, but may well annoy other UK buyers.
