This is an excellent product to use if you want an option for your headset to do your online meetings or listen to lectures or classes.You can connect via the USB-C dongle without any hassle and start using the earbuds. It fits well and is easy to use magnetic charging, and the microphone works really well.However, the sound quality is below expectations, and not even close to good. It can only be explained as mediocre. So you can rule out playing games with this bad boy.The active noise cancellation is a joke. That is not existing in this product. They just added it to the list and pretend as if it exists. Definitely not working.The ambient sound might make a difference if there is not much of a bass. But it is not something special.It has annoying default voice notifications like when it is connected or the battery is low, and you can't turn it on. You can't even adjust the volume of the notifications. It is just annoying. They should be able to change it to optional.The app to use the earbuds is a joke. Literally, it doesn't worth anything.But the worst thing is charging it. You will have to charge it every hour or two depending on your usage. It will not last long. Not long at all. I tried it a couple of times and the max I could see was 2 hours and 30 minutes approx. They recharge quickly but you just hate it every time it says "Battery is low" in a very annoying way, you start hating this product.Overall, I am planning on keeping it just because it is the only earbuds in the market with a USB-C connection, at least that I could find. If you are also here for the 2.4 GHz Wireless USB C connection, I'd say give it a try, but don't have too much of high expectations as I did...

The headset has a nice audio quality and the settings are easy to configure. The only problem that i have with it, is that the leather cushions are a bit TOO noise canceling. It causes your ears to have this weird effect like when you are in an airplane (i don't know the specific term for it). The leather is also really hot, so even though it's cold around you, you ears are sweaty and the cushions wet.Overall: It's a very good headset, but the comfort is something to know about before you buy.

Geluid kan ik niet meer zeggen dan wauw. Erg goed en vooral de spatial sound, wat een ervaring.Maar de microfoon..... Wat een bagger ding, ver ondermaats. Daarnaast is de koptelefoon zwaar en zit hij niet heel erg comfortabel.Retour voor mij!

This product worked well for 3-4 months, then things started to break down, the 3D stopped working, followed by the USB not working all the time. the microphone stopped working after a while, and then it would disconnect by itself.Today, the product gave up fully and is not working anymore.We had a replacement and hope that this will live longer. Nevertheless the 3d awareness and configuration is really impressive

Har LBL sedan tidigare, bra ljud som alltid. Enda som jag kan ha synpunkter på är då att man fick googla/se på Youtube för att hitta drivrutiner för problemvaran men när man fick till de så fungerar det som det ska.

I am in love with this model headphone.I wish in future As USB type C for Ipads.

Great audio quality, improved gaming experience ten fold. noise cancelling is excellent and head tracker makes games that much more immersive. the option to have the lights on or off is also a great feature that you can do with a press of a button seriously extends battery life with no drop on performance. also the cables that come supplied are of JBLs normal exceptional quality premium cables for a premium product.flip up mute is a handy feature also.Only issue is the mic sponge has a habit of falling off
