If you’re seeing the reviews of people saying they’re barely getting anything to come out: they’re doing it wrong.I mean, there’s even an instruction card with it telling you how to do it. You bite the nipple lightly on the edges and suck a bit (50 shades of hydration?). If you’re looking to down water like you’re trying to put out an internal fire then may I suggest a traditional bottle.This is small, lightweight, and doesn’t leak at all when carrying it. The best bit for me as a runner is that as you aren’t displacing the water with air as you drink, it doesn’t slosh around noisily!Feels well made too. I’ll be buying a 1L one and a tube for long runs.

Great size to fit in pocket and it doesn't leak. We've tried several methods to remove the plastic-y taste, but so far, nothing has worked. Baking soda, lemon juice, vinegar, boiling water, etc. We mask the taste with energy drinks.

Bought for a snowboarding trip to keep in my pocket. It worked well, fit into the pocket comfortably.The quality was decent I found it easy to use the nozzle (a gentle bite on it) and I experienced no leaks, but yes, as some other reviewers have said, I did experience a plastic taste, sometimes worse than others, couldn't work out why the variation - I always rinsed at the end of the day and before refilling.I prioritised convenience over taste, as I needed something small and squidgy and was only carrying 250ml for a quick mouth refresh, so it worked for me in this instance. If I was snowboarding with a backpack, I'd take a bladder rather than this type of 'bottle' as bladders are made from a different plastic that doesn't have this taste.
