Used for a long bike ride. Holds a lot of water, fits in a medium size back pack.

Ok, so I believe these are supposed to be for runners and active people, of which I am not. I bought this so that when I'm comfy in bed and don't want to move, I can still drink, it's perfect. I'm currently averaging around 3 1/2 litres per 24 hrs. I do recommend sterilising it every week/two weeks cos it's not that easy to clean, but other than that, it's perfect for keeping middle aged hormonal women hydrated ;)
