I use this to place a paracord on my parrots’ cages. I originally set them up so my African Grey parrots - a TAG and a CAG - could play tug of war with each other. I threaded the paracord through both cages, then threaded each end of the paracord through the smaller hole of the plastic balls first, tied it in a knot and the larger hole hides the knot.But the CAG was able to untie the knot, while the TAG just ignored the cord altogether. The plastic ball was laying at the bottom of the cage.So I tied the paracord three times on the CAG’s side, and he untied the knots, leaving the ball at the bottom of the cage.I tied the knot ten times, and the CAG untied the knots.So now I have the ball at the tops of both cages, cut the paracord I. Half and left the cord dangling from the ball with several knots in the cords. The TAG’s cord is untouched, the CAG’s it untied but still hanging from the top.The balls are very sturdy. An African grey’s beak is very strong, and although the ball is slightly damaged from the CAG biting on it, it is not damaged beyond use.The only problem I have with these balls is they are black plastic. I don’t know how much to believe on the internet about black being unsafe to eat from, and the average human will not be putting these in their mouth. But remember there are some people who have autism, who might chew on something like this at the end of their hoodie laces.As for my CAG, I don’t know what the black plastic ball might have done to my CAG, so I cannot use them for their intended purpose.Because these aren’t typically designed for food service, I will not be reducing stars for the black plastic. They are very durable; if my CAG has difficulty destroying it, it is not going to easily break.For the purpose they are designed, they are excellent quality. But I would not recommend these for people who have autism with an oral tactile stim.

Good overall general duty bungee balls. Paired these with 3/16” dia bungee cord. Worked great!
