These patch cables are THE BEST BANG for your buck that you can find. They are a mainstay in my studio as they deliver quality sound with a quality build. I also use the cables for my live music situations as well. I HIGHLY recommend them

I needed a quarter inch jack to XLR connector cable for a project that required delivery by the following day. This was the best I could do. The connectors look as though they can be serviced (they cannot, they are just 'shiny' covers for a cheap'n'cheerful moulded plastic solution underneath) and the cable is just about a thin as one can get in order to include some sort of meaningful braid. These will not be accompanying me on the road at any point and will simply remain in my cable drawer as a quick and dirty studio-based fix (once I've replaced them with some much higher quality homemade cables). They offer a reasonable value for money - predominantly as they arrived next day - but I don't expect them to last…

Two of Two Ordered Had Incorrect Pin-Out on the XLR End. Luckily the shield on the TRS end was in fact wired to the sleeve, but the XLR soldiered connections all had to be redone. Before making the corrections, the shield was on the tip (2), Tip was on the Ring (3), and the Ring was on the Shield (1). What's more is I purchased 2 of the XLR female versions, and one of had to be corrected as well. Such a shame as having used their RCA cables in the past, I had high hopes for these; but, when 75% of what's ordered has to be corrected, I'll stick with Monoprice.
