Good and cheap case. Could be a little sturdier though!

(This just arrived, and I’m writing this after about an hour of using it so it’s an early review. Will make an updated review after a couple of months use.So, first impressions!I got the box delivered in my mailbox, it had no extra packaging other than the manufacturers, which I like. Its good for the environment. I was a bit confused when I noticed that the seal had been broken, but that a sticker with “QC approved” slabbed on top of it. Seemed kinda suspicious, but sure.Opened it up, noticed that it was.. new, but opened. The protective stickers had dust underneath them and some fingerprints. Which left kind of a sour taste, honestly. If I had the option to buy something I knew had been opened and signs of other people fiddling with it then I wouldn’t mind. Sure, it passed their quality control, but I would have liked to get a new (unopened) case when that was what I.. thought was fair to assume I’d get?I’m all for not wasting things, and am keen of the environment and all that jazz. I don’t mind it being touched or opened by others as such.. but I do find it quite rude. So, a shame that they didn’t inform me, makes me not really fully trust the seller honestly. So, that’ll forever make me weary of giving a high star rating on anything. Now you’re aware of what I wasn’t. Lets move on!The case itself seems to be decently good for this price range, actually!Strong magnetic cover that doesn’t bulge easily. The ipad clicks firmly into place and doesn’t slide around in the cover itself.I have an apple pencil and have had a ridiculous amount of issues with other brands in price ranges from 5 to 93 euros, generic non-brand to some heavily advertised “military grade” protection brands. All of those protective cases where were advertised to have safe storage for the pencil - but weren’t for different reasons. Such as wrong sized slots, pencil not fitting, pencil getting stuck because there weren’t enough space for it to slide out of the slot (that was a mild panic) - but I am pleased to see that there is a good margin of space for the pen to slide in and rest and charge well. Once again, with this case, it slides in well and the lid folds over the pen compartmen. It feels sturdy enough. And the pencil connects well to the ipad so it can charge without issue. Credit where credit is due, this is the first time I genuinely dont feel like I’ll have to worry about my apple pencil getting damaged somehow by the cover, but actually snuggly protected and not move about (or get squished).When using as a stand to have, say, a video call with someone, the iPad is angled well to make it work for more serious settings. I can use this for work or school and not really be bothered by the angle of my camera. And using it with a keyboard on the side feels natural also.I use my iPad daily, and have it with me everywhere as an accessibility aid. Lots of commuting and being picked out of my bag and put back in etc. so I’ll keep you posted on how the case works for me in that type of use.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Cheap, no-frills and works perfectly.

Nice and sleek. Very professional looking

It fits the iPad Pro perfectly, and feels great. As well it’s easy to place the iPad in! It however makes the iPad a little difficult to hold. The bulkiness is not an issue. I would recommend this to anyone who travels or uses for business.
