I was looking for a cheaper bass compressor so I tried this out since it was on sale. I likey it at first but grew to not like the way it sucked the low end out of my tone. I moved it to my guitar board and instantly loved how great it sounded. It just makes everything sound professional right from my amp. I was going to buy a Keeley compressor, but I will stick with this one now.

I bought it like a bet, to be used for amplified harmonica. The results were great, it gave body to Chicago sound, turning it to a fatter tone. Looks fine and it has a well weight.

I was excited about this new series. I went with a compressor since that's what I needed at the time. I trust JHS quality but didn't want to break the bank. SO I was glad JHS dropped these. The pedal can be a little noisy especially in bright setting. but overall not a bad pedal.

Extremely versatile compressor pedal, especially for $99. Volume control works great, and the range of compression is huge, so you should be able to find the right amount for your liking.Current setup:Fender Ultra Strat/Fender Nashville Tele/Gibson ES-335Marshall DSL40 tube AmpSounds good with all three guitars. If you need a great compressor pedal and don't want to break the bank, get this!
