■Morning Gloryの良かった点コードを引いた時の分離感音抜け鈴なり感ガラスガッシャーン感久々の当たりエフェクター。最高です。所有している歪みエフェクターはxoticのBBSoul DrivenBOSS　BluesdriverですがMorning Gloryが優勝しました。それ系を探している人にはおすすめですよ。■こんなシーンで活躍クリーンを太くしたい時他の歪みと組み合わせブーストアンプライクな使い方など様々なシーンで幅広く使えます。音色のセンスがとても良いです。■注意点あまり深くは歪みません。Soul DrivenやBluesdriverよりはマイルドな歪みです。ハードからヘビー系ユーザー向きではないと思います。高域から中域にかけてを強みとするエフェクターなので低域を強調する太い音を求めるプレイヤーにも向いてないかもしれません。

I’ve owned dozens of overdrive pedals. The Morning Glory nails that low gain sound on a strat. I’ve owned other bluesbreaker type pedals - including the BlackBox, but there’s something about the Morning Glory that I just love more! People say it’s a transparent drive, but I think it hits all the right mids. If all my pedals were stolen, this is one I would have to buy again straight away.

It just makes everything better.After watching a bunch of Josh's Youtube show, I really wanted to pick up something from JHS to try out. After hearing some Morning Glory samples, I immediately placed an order. Needless to say, it's the most used pedal on my board. I play it as an always on pedal, with almost everything set to 12 o'clock. I generally play a Fender Tele with a push/pull humbucker in the neck, and at all positions, this thing makes it sound great going into any amp. The impact is subtle, but it just sounds "better" to me. I typically will also always have on the BBE Opto Stomp optical compressor (the original version) before this in the chain, and the two of these play so nicely together, it's heaven. It doesn't matter what amp I hit: the tubes get nicely saturated, but all of my dynamics are there, and it's almost a physical reaction to the goodness.I will say that it can be a bit shrill if you don't tweak your mids, but it's a quick rolloff "set it and forget it" sort of approach. That's not even a complaint, just an observation. Also, I don't like running my Epiphone SG through it. As much as it's magic with my tele, it's meh with my SG.I also have the red switch for this, and I love adding that extra growl of overdrive that it provides, particularly in combination with some other pedals. Generally, this plays really nicely with other pedals. I particularly like running the Walrus Iron Horse into the front to get some double-the-fun tones.Overall, I couldn't be happier.
