The listing claimed high-temperature-resistant and odour-free ABS, but I still did my due diligence. I checked the recycling code on the plastic (ABS is typically classed as safe for indirect food contact), gave it a sniff test upon arrival — no chemical smell at all — and wiped it down thoroughly with a food-safe surface disinfectant spray before use. The interior surface is smooth and easy to clean, with no sharp edges or problematic seams where dirt could collect, which gives me peace of mind in terms of hygiene. It’s now a permanent fixture on the counter, and I feel good knowing it doesn’t compromise our kitchen cleanliness.The design is straightforward yet clever. The lid has small notches allowing cords to thread through without needing to be kinked or forced. This also means the box can be placed right against a wall, with all the cables exiting discreetly from one side. It doesn’t slide around once fitted either — a detail worth mentioning, especially if you plan to use this in high-traffic or appliance-heavy areas like I did.Aesthetically, I like how the box elevates the look of an otherwise neglected area. I didn’t think I’d be this pleased about a plastic box, but here we are.

Actually product is good but the height was not enough to cover adapters with inlet on top. I bought this according to its measures but I couldn't think that it could not cover adapters that cables go in on top.
