I simply place my boots on the scrubber and give them a few good scrubs. The bristles do a great job of removing all the dirt and mud, and my boots are clean in no time.I've also used this boot scrubber last summer when workers went to my home to help clean workers boots before going coming into my house. The Jobsite Boot Scrubber is a must-have to keep mud and other crap out of your house. These are heavy duty units that you will need to mount securely. Should you not have a convenient porch or stair, I have mounted one in the middle of a 2x8 board about 3 ft long. Stand on an exposed end while you scrape your shoe and then reverse for the other. I have supplied 5 of these boot scrubbers to dwellings in the Hurricane Helene recovery area which is the mud pit from Hell.
