I am a chef and have 6 professional grade knives:of different sizes and weights. This magnet is strong enough to hold them all yet still easy to get them off of the magnet. It’s a lovely color too. Easy to hang on my kitchen wall and easy to remove from the wall when I need to clean or paint or whatever.

Super qualité, les couteaux tiennent super bien ( pas dangereux ). Il est très beau et facile a installer. Pour le prix je recommande car les couteaux sont faciles à attraper en sécurité et rangé.

La barra è ben fatta e con i magneti ben distribuiti e di buona forza, sono in grado di metterci 1 acciaino (col manico in alto sopra la barra in modo che appoggi e non cada visto che essendo tondo il magnete non riesce a fare molta forza), 2 paia di forbici, 1 coltello da chef, 1 santoku e 1 coltello mannaia chinese.

The rack was fairly simply to install, though the instructions seemed to be for a different model. The first step was to take the back off the rack to hold the plate to the wall to screw in. The model I have does not have a back plate to remove - only keyhole slots. No matter, it was easy enough to measure the distance and drill holes into the wall. The rack comes with a 3M adhesive strips, which looks strong, but since I never used it, I can't really comment on that. Screws and anchors were provided.After installing, I attached eight knives to it easily and could go right to the end with the heavier ones. It recommends attaching the heavier knives upside-down, but I didn't really have to do that with the simple set I had (no cleavers to test).All-in-all. I wanted a magnet rack to hold my knives. They advertised a magnet rack that holds knives. And I got a magnet rack that held my knives. Everyone is happy.
