This is really a message for the seller as my partner really liked the cup, but I had to return it.I couldn’t contact you and as I was rushing, I forgot to put a note in the box.The problem was, as soon as my partner filled the cup with hot water, the handle creaked.By holding the handle and pulling it slightly you can hear that it hasn’t been attached correctly in the manufacturing process.I’ve returned it unbroken and really just wanted a replacement without refund.Beautiful cup and design... sorry to write a review like this, I’m sure this is fault that doesn’t happen very often, but we were sure the handle might come off with in full of a hot drink.I’ve rated it highly I think I was just unfortunate especially as it was a small Christmas gift

Aunque es un poco pronto para dar una opinión por no haberlas usado mucho, de momento excelente. El diseño es bonito y se ven bien hechas. A las peques les han encantado, y disfrutan tomándose su 'leche de las cinco'. De tamaño y capacidad bien, así que a falta de comprobar la durabilidad, muy bien.

Tazza molto carina, stampata su entrambi i lati, colori brillanti e disegno nitido. Vi sconsiglio la spedizione tramite poste italiane perché mi è arrivata dopo quasi un mese!
