This is a pretty good envelope filter and definitely the best micro-wah I've found.Sound-wise it fits within a loose definition of "pro" with low noise and good bass retention.There are funkier ones, but they are considerably larger and more expensive.It is pretty sturdy, considering the limits of small cheap and plastic.The case is metal and the flip-top protects the knobs better than an open-top,but whether it's "road-worthy" depends on how roughly you treat your gear.The connectors feel cheap so it's probably best to limit the number of times you plug and un-plug cables.Install it on your board and leave it there. You'll be glad you did.

ＡＣアダプター別売り、接続ケーブル別売り（これは昔からなので、同時に購入）、説明書無し、保証書オンリ。一口羊羹サイズの大きさで場所を取らないけど、開けたら商品の角の塗装が剥がれてる。何処かにぶつけたりして塗装が剥げるとこうなるけど、これじゃ製品自体動作するかわからない。本日ACアダプターを1191円で購入したけど、このメーカーから正規のACアダプターがないので、どれを買えばいいのかわからず。なので、ZOOMのエフェクター全般に使えるのを追加購入したけど、説明不足すぎて初心者にはやさしくない。後は、ACアダプターが届いて動作するか確認して追記します。追記まだアダプターはないので、製品をよく見てみたら。所々に明らかに塗装が剥がれてるか所が数か所・・・・。保証効くのか心配の前に、本当に新品かこれ？追記2＠ZOOM ズーム ACアダプター DC9V出力 AD-16　購入後動作結果としては、星が4つ程の評価。小さいながらも、設定できるツマミが4種あるので、それぞれ細かく調整すれば、初心者なら満足できる音が、楽に作れます。どんな音が設定でできるのかを、ユーチューブとかの動画で探すとあるので参考にしてみるといいかも。固定してないと無くしてしまいそうなので、両面テープ等でアンプと固定したりしてもよいと思います。下のボタンを押すと、オンオフが切り替わるので、オフの場合アンプのみの動作に変わります。また、このボタンが昔の押しボタンのように、途中で引っかかるような押しごこち。この手のは、昔から壊れやすかったのでちょっと心配かな？もっと音に歪みを持たせたい人は、別途他のエフェクターを探してみるとよいかもです。

I recently received the Joyo Wow Wah and I am very impressed with this pedal. I read most reviews and watched all YouTube vids on all auto wah pedals and it works as advertised. So simple to figure out Joyo didn't even have a manual. Sounds is clean, no hiss or noise, well made to last. Reasonably priced at $68. I own 2 other Joyo pedals, Sweetbaby and Ultimate Drive which also are outstanding pedals. Joyo is my new first choice for effects pedals. Shipping was fast as it arrived sooner than I anticipated.

This works well for me, I like it.This responds well to pick attack, so you can't just strum it out and expect it to behave. You need to play it with varying strokes on the pick.I have a compressor on my board in front of this. I find it responds best with the compressor off. The hard part is remembering to disengage the compressor when you step on the wah.
