ich hatte, vor vielen Jahren einmal eine Therapie -im Lenden-Bereich, da wurden nasse Schwämmchen aufgelegt und mit Strom (klaro-wenig) behandelt, das Gerät macht quasi das gleiche,,,man feuchtet die Elektroden, (die mit Stoff überzogen sind) mit Wasser an, und gibt dann, das Programm, das man möchte, ein- alles mit leichtem Strom...eben ausprobiert, tut irgendwie gut....denke, es hält was es verspricht, mit einiger Geduld....damit kann man sicher auch, verspannte Muskeln u.ä. "behandeln"...je größer die Zahl, die man wählt, für den Modus, desto höher /stärker ist die Stromzufuhr...habe für den Anfang. die mittlere Stufe gewählt...

Innanzi tutto,ringrazio l'azienda il titolare o collaboratore-trice,e personale,molto seri ed affidabili,che hanno risolto un mio problema,ancora grazie,dopodichè vi parlerò di questa cintura elettrostimolatrice-tore,che ho avuto il piacere di provare.È molto morbida e piacevole da indossare,perchè è di pelle, e non di stoffa o materiale ambiguo di cui sono fatte molte cinture che ho provato fin'ora,ha una centralina comandi che si può staccare e riattaccare a piacimento, tramite bottoni a pressione metallici che fungono anche da contatti,ed è per questo che si può lavare anche in lavatrice,dopo aver staccato la centralina elettronica.La cintura o la parte della cintura che viene a contatto con l'addome,non ha bisogno di geel,ma basta spruzzare un pò di semplice acqua,che per altro si può mettere in una bottiglietta a spruzzo,fornita nella confezione della cintura,insieme al carica batterie,e il cavetto apposito.È da un pò di tempo,che la sto usando,e già vedo i risultati,la pancia diminuisce giorno per giorno,e l'addome sta diventanto piú duro,naturalmente,la cintura non fà miracoli da sola,ci vuole sempre un pò di buona volontà,come dice il proverbio>,abbinando l'azzione stimolatrice della cintura,con qualche esercizio fisico,facendo un pò di addominali e stando attenti al cibo e a quanto se ne assume,non si deve fare i porcelliniDetto questo, e visto il costo irrisorio della cintura,che non avrei mai creduto,avendo un prezzo cosí basso,fosse anche molto valida,mi sento di consigliarla senza alcun dubbio,e di usarla costantemente,tutti i giorni,almeno 3 volte al giorno,specialmente dopo mangiato.Auguro a tutti,un buon risultato.

Works for a while and then it loses its power. Forever. It just degrades over time.. The electric buzzes get weaker and weaker. This is the second one I have while the first one failed in the same way after couple of months of use

Previously used a more premium brand that has sticky pads and got tired of the pads not working and applying the pads correctly and having to separately charge 3 AAA batteries. The biggest issue being the application of the pads don't fit to the belt so take precision to attached the belts with the pads in place. Crazy!!Anyway onto the ABS Stimulator. Spray water, easily apply the velcrow strap around the waste and BAM! Nice and comfortable! There is also an extra velcro strap for larger waists.There is 6 settings with different types of pulses to do the Muscle Stimulation. Which goes up to level 9.I would suggest finding the right setting first and slowly work through the levels upto 9 until you are comfortable.For instance I find that level 1 setting 8/9 to be quite intense. The ectrobes feel like fast sharp stabs but not in a bad way, just takes some getting used to.I prefer setting 6 and can manage level 8 or 9. This is a combination of different pules and you can really feel your stomach tensing and contracting.For me I have noticed a firmness in my stomach and more definition. So it is working for me. Like many levels of fitness diet is important. This is something you have to stick too, both diet and regular use of the EMS device.The device is amazing for its size and longevity. Quick charging with nano usb. There is a cool blue light and beep sound when selecting the modes and when the session finishes there is a beep.My wife doesn't know I have this and the beep when it ends is funny as she doesn't know what it is and where it came from.All in all very impressed and looking to get one for my arms and legs. Would love one for the chest

Lo usa mi mujer a diario, con un buen entrenamiento y una dieta normal, je notado que ha bajado mucho la zona del vientre e incluso abdominales marcados.Es muy fácil de usar y lo mejor es que no necesita ningún accesorio para funcionar como otros que son de parches y se despegan rápido.
