This crochet hook case is available in either grey or denim blue. I chose the denim blue option.The case measures 18 cms x 14 cms and is 4 cms deep. It has two outer zippers which open up to reveal two compartments. One side can house 9 crochet hooks, each one held in place by elastic. Opposite this is a zipped mesh storage compartment. The other side can also house up to 10 thinner crochet hooks. There is also a small zipper pocket and two larger elastic retainers.Opinion:Firstly I love the colour of this case. The fabric feels like canvas, so it should be durable. I would imagine it is waterproof. The black zippers work well and are smooth. They have a large tag on each zip which makes it easy to grip – perfect for anyone with dexterity issues.The inside of the case is a silvery blue colour, and there is plenty storage space. The first side will take crochet hooks with rubberised handles, although they are a little “snug” and require a bit of wiggling to get them in. The other side is more suited to crochet hooks without the rubber handles.There is space to store scissors/snips, a zipped pocket for needles or stitch markers and a large mesh pocket which I have used for a finished motif.All in all I think this is lovely storage case, and can fit almost all of your crochet tools, hooks and nick nacks. It’s slimline design is perfect for travel and crochet on-the-go !I would certainly recommend it, and I think it would also make a lovely gift for a crochet loving friend or relative.
