Great iPad holder, very adjustable with up and down side to side motion. I had one that used a spring cable and it always made an annoying noise but this is silent when adjusting positions. Made with good quality plastic and large adjustment knobs. Fits on most standard sized poles and is very stable. Grip that attached to the pole had nice padding and the part that holds my iPad is also padded and will fit most if not all pads and tablets. Very happy with the way it works and I have no worry that my pad will fall.
