No screws and no screw driver!!!

Huge rectangular indent on back of bench. Julian Bowen refused to help as contract is with amazon, despite amazon help page referring me to them in the first instance. Had to go through three amazon agents, the first two kept telling me to post it back (HOW?) and repurchase (at £40 more than I originally paid) and the final one offered a 25% partial refund which I reluctantly accepted because I was so sick of banging my head against the wall with them and couldn’t be sure that a replacement wouldn’t be as faulty or even worse. Avoid like the plague and go to an actual shop. I wish I had.

As to in can see from the pictures the quality of the screws and screw place is very poor!! Impossible to assemble, i ruined now two of the seres that came with and still can’t get one to fit in the faulty place!! For the money I spent on this this feels like a scamStay away
