I needed something to stand some small picture frames on that could hold a postcard sized image on. I had "clip" frames that were self standing but were not what I needed for this situation and display in my radio room. So I bought some black wooden frames - see review of these elsewhere - which were the right size and stand perfectly on these. They now stand on a shelf with books and other trinkets that I have collected over the years of my involvement in Amateur Radio. More will be bought in 2025 for the next set of postcards I will be collecting at the Ham Radio Show in Friedrichshafen, Germany when I go this year.

At less than £1 each these are great value - yes they are small and cheap wood but they do the job perfectly and are really versatile. I'll be using them to display prices at a craft Fayre, they're a nice light wood so you can paint or decorate them easily to make them a little special or use them as a simple display for tiny crafted felting etc. Exactly what I needed, and at a great price...
