Lovely sturdy good looking fire set but it needs a washer to stop the top wobbling. I contacted the very unhelpful company requesting just a washer. I was asked for proof of purchase - Invoice number etc., just for a washer !!! I was expecting “ of course we can send you a black washer we will pop one in the post for you “ reply5 stars for fire set. 0 star for unhelpful staff.

Un peu cheap quand même correct dans l'ensemble.

Arrivato nei tempi, direi che per il momento devo dire buon prodotto, le misureridotte della paletta lo rende comodo per la pulizia del camino, vedremo con l'uso continuato la qualità dei materiali

Für den Preis eine gute Verarbeitung, recht stabil und sieht gut aus, ein Stern Abzug da eine Mutter fehlt und ich sie extra nachkaufen musste. Sowas ärgert mich und darf nicht sein!
